With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including more than a decade at AvMed Health Plan, I mad the leap in 2015 to become an independent licensed advisor and broker. Today, I proudly provide virtual advising in 13 states, helping individuals, families, and small businesses get the smart and affordable coverage they need. 

But I’m not your typical insurance agent.

I am a well-being advocate, passionate about helping women prioritize their wellbeing through self-love and intentional care. I believe self-care is the first line of preventive care, and insurance is a tool to protect your health, your peace of mind and your future.
